How it works
Three steps from key to flashed device.
Get your license key
Purchase a key for your device type (ESP32 or LilyGo) using crypto. Key is delivered automatically after payment confirms.
Connect your device
Open Flash Hub in Chrome, Edge, or Brave. Enter your key, plug in your ESP32 or LilyGo via USB, and click Connect.
Flash the firmware
Review the details and click Flash. The firmware downloads from Cloudflare R2 and writes directly to your device in under two minutes.

To flash firmware, you need:
- Chrome, Edge, or Brave on desktop
- USB data cable (not charge-only)
- Valid Tesla+ license key for your device type
- Your device plugged in before connecting
Keys are chip-type locked — an ESP32 key will not work on a LilyGo device and vice versa. Each key is one-time use.
